About Cook's Auto Rebuild Inc.

Cook's Auto Rebuild established in 1947 by Dick Cook and his father Howard. Howard Cook began working in the Industry in 1918, working for many large auto shops in the Seattle area. The original location of Cook's Auto Rebuild was on 92nd and Aurora Avenue in North Seattle. Cook's Auto Rebuild moved to it's current location on Lake City Way in 1957 and has expanded several times as property became available. We believe we are one of the oldest family owned Collision Repair Shops in the Northwest.

The current owner Steve Cook(Dick's son) started working for Cook's Auto Rebuild in the early 1970's while aslo attending the University of Washington. We are very proud of our heritage and have now added a fourth generation Jeff(Steve's son) a recent graduate of Western Washington University. Jéan Richard(Steve's nephew) who has worked for us since 1989 is our General Manager.
